At Cyloria, exchanges are only available in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item arrived defective.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation

Non-Eligible Exchanges
